Returns & Refunds — Open Day Collective

We want every order to feel like it was made for you, because most of it was.

Print-on-Demand Items (apparel, mugs, drinkware)

Every piece in this category is made to order, specifically for you. Because of that, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges, but we will work to make it right if something arrives damaged or defective.

If there's an issue with your order, reach out within 7 days of delivery at amanda@opendaycollective.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will work to take care of it.

Stationery & Physical Products (bookmarks, stickers, accessories)

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

A Few Things to Know

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect shipping address. Please review your address carefully at checkout.
  • If your order is lost in transit due to a carrier error, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.
